Information and Advice

Age Concern Berkshire offers a comprehensive Information and Advice Service to Community Legal Service Standards, providing essential information on a wide variety of topics. A range of fact-sheets covering issues from residential and home care services to leisure opportunities are available and an extensive library of information and resources is maintained and is available to clients and other organisations. All of the information and advice services are provided free of charge.

If you want to know more about what benefits you may be entitled to, if you have questions about pensions, health, housing, transport, home safety or you just want to find out about leisure activities in your area, call us on the number below.
The service is staffed Monday – Friday 10.00 – 16.00.  An answerphone service covers out-of-hours calls and messages are acknowledged during the next working day.  All calls are treated as confidential.
